About Me
My journey with yoga began just before the world shifted with Covid-19. Attending my first yoga retreat was a transformative experience—it opened my eyes and woke me from the hamster wheel of life as a senior scientist and single mother. Yoga became my anchor, guiding me through burnout and giving me the strength to reclaim balance and vitality.
Over the last few years, yoga has not only been my personal source of resilience but also my purpose. I am now fully devoted to sharing yoga's wisdom both on and off the mat. This path has led me here, to this yoga studio, where I strive to create a space of connection, healing, and empowerment for all who join. I am also passionate about yoga therapy and aim to contribute to research supporting cancer patients through its transformative power.
